Payments are processed with NowPayments, a trusted cryptocurrency payment processor. We never have access to your wallet or private keys, and all transactions are verified on the blockchain.
How to pay

- Select currency — pick your preferred cryptocurrency.
- Send payment — send the exact amount to the wallet address shown.
- Get tokens — tokens are credited automatically after the payment confirms on the blockchain.

How long does confirmation take?
Confirmation times vary by cryptocurrency. Bitcoin typically takes 10–60 minutes (3–6 confirmations); stablecoins on faster networks can confirm in under 5 minutes. Your payment status updates in real time.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than required, the payment may not be processed. If you send more, the excess is typically credited to your account. For significant discrepancies, contact support with your transaction details.
Are there transaction fees?
We don't charge any additional fees. You do pay the standard blockchain network (gas) fees from your wallet — those go to network validators, not to us.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely on NowPayments. We never have access to your wallet or private keys, and every transaction is verified on the blockchain.
Refund policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis given the nature of cryptocurrency transactions.
- 7-day window — requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Eligible cases — technical issues preventing token usage, duplicate payments, or billing errors.
- Important — refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency; network fees are non-refundable; partially used token packages may receive prorated refunds.
